The innovation curriculum is based on value -- "Innovation essentials for value add ( It has 2 major phases. The "value hypothesis" phase is guided by the experimental method with 4 steps and involves 7 of 11 total modules within 8 key decision steps. The value framework encompases VSM (value strategy management) CDDM (discovery & delight), CRM, PLM and ERP throughout the continuum. An introductory document is provided here that summarize some of the key relationships and the remainder of the curriculum will be forwarded in the engagement.
